Kamchatka is an area of active volcanism. Whichever way you look, your eyes will certainly fall on the mountains. They are very ancient and have survived more than one powerful eruption until they froze, forming a majestic picture. Almost three dozen volcanoes remain active to this day. The Kamchatka bear is truly the landlord of these places. An encounter with the bear is an ordinary event here. But it is better to admire this animal from afar, so you should make more noise when approaching the bear. You can observe the behaviour of these large animals from a safe distance during the spawning season, when the grand bear hunt for salmon begins.
Kamchatka's tourist infrastructure is developing day by day. Guests are offered a variety of routes to suit every taste. Air, sea excursions, jeep tours, hiking, visiting such amazing places as the Valley of Geysers and the vicinity of Kuril Lake, climbing volcanoes and much more - all this awaits tourists at any time of the year.
